Boat Reviews By Owners

1998 -- 20' 2" PROLINE

Model: 201

Cockpit: Ample space with good all-round visibility, good for fishing (two boat wells with cutting board lids), two removable seats on transom, helm and passenger seats with armrests, high white Farina gauges, easily accessible controls and circuit breaker switches.

Cabin: Can sleep two comfortably, porta-potty, vcabin light, skylight forward hatch. Negatives: no access to dashboard and electrical circuits from inside the cabin.

Construction: Well built and well designed

Handling: 150 HP Mercury offers 40 mph and easy 20-25 mph cruising but boat likes to go fast, ideal for fishing to-from but not well suited for slow sightseeing

Engine Room: Single 150 HP Mercury outboard, economical, 70 gallon tank. Consumes 7 gals/hr at 20 knots. flat sea no wind.

General Comments: Used for cruising and fishing. Best suited for fishing -- gets you there fast and rides all sea conditions well
