Boat Reviews By Owners

2007 -- 19' 4" BAY LINER

Model: Discovery 192

Cockpit: The cockpit is an adequate for six adults. Visibality from the helm is good except during hard acceleration. Would be an adequate fishing platform for two people

Cabin: The cabin is adequate to sleep two adults, and has adequate headroom when sitting.

Construction: Construction is excellent, has a large anchor well, well layed out dash.

Handling: Handles well even in big chop conditions, tracks well, the high front helps plow through 2 to 4 foot waves.

Engine Room: Powered by the tried and trusted, Mercruiser 3 Litre 4 cylender engine. At 135 Hp has good speed and gets on plane quickly. Motor has a tendancy to be loud needs more insulation in engine cover.A bit harder on gas than expected, also. Would have prefered a larger gas tank, 100 or larger Litre would be better.

General Comments: We use this boat as a river and lake cruiser.Best utalized for overnight trips and cruising. We recommend getting the optional camper back cover, full swim platform, cockpit table, and carpet runners.
