Boat Reviews By Owners

2004 -- 23' 0" CROWNLINE

Model: 230 BR

Cockpit: Very roomy for a small boat. Plenty of seating for up to 10 people. Great visibility but the bow seating can make for a rough ride in chop. The kids usually ride up there

Cabin: No Cabin

Construction: Very well built. Boat is over 4,000 pounds and has given us no problems of any kind.

Handling: We boat on the Chesapeake bay and have been caught in up to four foot chop and even though it handled well, it was a rough ride. I have always felt confident in the boats safety.

Engine Room: 5.7 Volvo (260 hp) Single prop. Works well and produces speeds up to 47 mph. The boat falls off plane earlier than I would like and I wonder if a duo prop would help in that area.

General Comments: Great boat. Trouble free for 4 seasons other than a float switch on a pump. Great for water skiing and tubing and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice day boat.
