2006 -- 21' 10" TROPHY
Cockpit: Very large usable cockpit for two, excellent visibility and fisher friendly.
Cabin: Cabin very suitable for overnight, spent 2 nights in Tofino at the dock with shore power.
Construction: Seems well built except the built in fish tanks, very hard to clean, they are constantly filling up with rain water and wash down water. Poor design.
Handling: Bounces a little more than a comperable Sea Swirl in the chop. On a fishing trip I followed a pal in a 23' Striper, the front shelf on my Trophy broke loose, after considerable bouncing.
Engine Room: I have a 150 Merc Optimax, perfect for me easily cruises at 30 and maxs out at 40. Very economical, and reliable. Should have ordered the hydraulic steering as the cable locked up after 3 months use.
General Comments: Fishing, the live bait tank works great for storing the catch. I live in Victoria, BC and regularly fish the west coast.
