Boat Reviews By Owners

2005 -- 18' 6" LUND

Model: Fisherman 1800

Cockpit: Cockpit is huge and very well laid out. Visibility is great and pedestal seats are at the operfect height. Great fishing platform, decent ski and tubing platform.

Cabin:

Construction: Very well built, extremely tough. Helm dash cracked after winter storage but Lund replaced both of them with new ones made of better plastic.

Handling: Boat handles the rough water very well. When others in the bow are getting wet, we are not. Very high gunnels keep spray away.

Engine Room: Boat is probably a little over powered with a 150 Honda. Normally comes with a 115. Also has a 9.9 kicker. With the bigger motor the bow woule rise high at during hole shot but after putting a stabilizer hydrofoil, it made a huge difference and is much better. Not to mention I can really move. I can get to about 60 mph.

General Comments: This boat is every thing that I have always wanted in a fish and ski. I can fish comfortably all day and then pull the kids on the tube. Lund really backs their product.
