Boat Reviews By Owners

2007 -- 18' 6" SEA RAY

Model: 185 Sport Bowrider

Cockpit: Nice layout. Comfortable seats.

Cabin: N/A

Construction: I had alot of blistering topside within first 3 months of buying new... they did repair it but had it for 2 months to do so. bildge area actually peeled almost all of the gelcoat within 2 months. Bildge seperators for cargo are cheap and flimsy.

Handling: This boat handeles smooth water well, however stay away from 1'+ waver it is very rough.

Engine Room: the base power 135 is slightly underpowered the V6 option is plenty of power and speed.

General Comments: We got this boat for water sports and exploring the little islands around south Florida, it has worked well for that when not in the shop... I would have expected more from sea ray. I would have been better off with even a bayliner at $10k less for a simmilar boat.
