Boat Reviews By Owners

2007 -- 25' 0" Sea Chaser

Model: sea chaser 250 lx bay runner

Cockpit: good view, no problems with the layout everything you need is right in front of you.

Cabin: deluxe center console with optional port-a-potty is a tight fit for us over 6' tall. Good for the ladies

Construction: Excellent construction no problems with the layout with one exception. The scuppers in back tend to not drain when you have 4-5 people in the back of the boat. The design has the scuppers drains on the outside of the hull too low in the water and no one-way value. Typically I have to put stoppers in the drains when I have passengers.

Handling: Excellent planes nice, handles the waves nice. Top speed of 49 mph with the DF250 and 2 people on board. I would add trim tabs to help with the hole shot with 4-5 people on board

Engine Room: suzuki DF250 - Excellent motor never a problem.

General Comments: Charter fishing is the main purpose on inland lakes. It can handle the waves in the middle of the lake on a busy day and still get into the shallows for fishing in the winter. 3 pictures at the bottom of the URL
