Boat Reviews By Owners

1994 -- 29' 0" TIARA

Model: 2900 Open

Cockpit: Best all around boat built. Best of all worlds to say the least.

Cabin: Cabin has all the amenities you need for a weekend getaway.

Construction: When you see a Tiara, you know it is a Tiara

Handling: I find most of Tiara line to be wet boat, but who cares.... the windshield is made for all the water wind can lash out.

Engine Room: Standard engine was 270 hp crusaders, options were 330 crusaders and number of diesels. I had the 270 crusaders. She cruises at 25 mph with 3300 rpm or so, but I think the gpm is around 24 gph. I just repower her with 240 hp Yanmars. wow. cruising speed at 2800 rpm, 28 mpr and factory recommended 3100 rpm, 31 mph. Gph, 14 gph. I love my Tiara.

General Comments: I feel she is a all around boat with fishing capabilities, cruising and anyting you want to do with her. Costs you more for the boat, but resale value and to ownining a great boat, it is worth it.
