Boat Reviews By Owners

2001 -- 24' 6" STINGRAY

Model: 240CS

Cockpit: COCKPIT IS RIDICULOUS, AS STATED BY OTHER REVIEWERS YOU HAVE TO SIT ON BACK OF SEAT TP DRIVE, NOT GOOD FOR FISHING OR PICNICING, MOSTLY BECAUSE IT'S ALWAYS BROKE DOWN.

Cabin: SLEEPING CABIN, NISE HEAD THATS BEEN BROKEN SINCE BOAT WAS NEW, SMELLS LIKE P**S AND CONSTANTLY LEAKS.

Construction: TOTAL S**T CONSTRUCTION, STEREO FELL OUT SO MANY TIMES CROSSING OTHER WAKES WE REMOUNTED TO THE FLOOR, THE ENTIRE FRIG, STOVE, AND SINK COMBO COMPLETELY COME OF THE WALL IF YOU CROSS ANOTHER WAKE OF 30MPH!!

Handling: HANDLING IS POOR AT BEST, THE DESIGN IS FLAWED, ALL THE WEIGHT IN THE CABIN IS ON THE STARBORD SIDE WHICH MAKES IT PULL THAT WAY.

Engine Room: 5.0 LITER MERC. WHICH IS CONSTANTLY IN THE SHOP, WHEN IT RUNS,IT DOES RUN WELL, BUT THE HULL ITSELF IS SUCH A PIECE OF S**T, WE'RE AFRAID TO GO OVER 5mph!!!

General Comments: I LIKE NOTHING ABOUT THIS BOAT, I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT TO MY WORST ENEMY. IT AN EMBARRASEMENT!!!
