Boat Reviews By Owners

2003 -- 21' 6" SEA PRO

Model: SV2100

Cockpit: Lots of room. Wide beam. Fishes five comfortably depending on what type of fishing your doing. Three adults is as comfortable as being alone.

Cabin: NA

Construction: This boat is definatly build very strong and sturdy. I have taken as many as 6 adults on board and I never have to worry about people moving around on deck to adjust for too much weight on one side. With just me aboard, I cant tell a difference when there are even 3 big guys.

Handling: Handleing is about what you would expect for a bay boat. My boat has the pocket tunnel feature which I am sure decreases the handling. Going in a strait line is a different story though. On the bay in the roughest of chop, she remains remarkably smooth. Ive taken here offshore up to 30 miles in 2-5ft swells and never been wet. If the seas are 2ft or less, I average about 25mph comfortably. Mine is equipt with a Mercury 150. I was wary about it being under powered, but I was totally wrong. No complaints here. Gas milage is pretty good too. After going offshore and totaling over 65 miles, she still had just over half a tank. The tank holds 58 gallons.

Engine Room: See above.

General Comments: I love this boat. Everything on here is built very stong and I think she will last a lot of years. The only con I can think of is minor. When the deck gets some water in it e.g. during washdown, I wouldnt mind it draining faster. Its really no problem, I am just having trouble thinking of bad things to say about Sea Pro. The next boat I buy will definatly be another Sea Pro.
