Boat Reviews By Owners

2004 -- 15' 2" KEY WEST

Model: 1520

Cockpit: The boat is wide and lets you sit down while driving. I am a big guy so the 6'10" beam is nice

Construction: very well built

Handling: I use the boat for backcountry fishing as well as cruising the rivers and going offshore on a calm day 3 to 4 miles. I have not had it wide open yet. At 3/4 throttle it gets a little squirly maybe that is just me not having the corrrect tilt. It is also a bit wet when you are on choppy water.

Engine Room: 60 HP Yamaha. I do not think I would want any more poer runs great

General Comments: i love this boat. The only other problem is the scuppers have a tendancy to let water back in the cockpit from the self bailing holes when you are sitting still fishing. So your feet get wet.
