Boat Reviews By Owners

1970 -- 14' 0" STARCRAFT

Model: arrow

Cockpit: small cockpit not alot of manuverablility or storage room. this design to boats is as a sports car is to cars.

Cabin:

Construction: built light weight with foam core glass construction. problems with an origional might be: rotten transom, floor, stringers and frames. all due to water exposer and not being waterproofed

Handling: nice handling, trailers smoothly, rides well. this one should be carpeted all over to reduce noise. very fun boat, but small. i wouldnt take her out in too rough of waters

Engine Room: this model is only rated to a 45 hp engine. but thats plenty for this boat. as i said earlier, this isnt a party barge so you cant pack it down heavy. but its a fun runabout.

General Comments: love my boat, spent two and a half years restoring it. it needed every hour. she was ready for the junk yard when i got her and now shes a beauty. if you get one... keep as much of the origional parts as possible
