Boat Reviews By Owners

2002 -- 22' 6" SEA SWIRL

Model: Striper 2101

Cockpit: 22 ft C/C ,Helm visibility O.K. Plenty of walk around room for working a fish.Benck leaning post not that user friendly.Useful tackle box trays in side of console.

Cabin: No Cabin

Construction: Vessel is built well by comapairson to other similar priced vessels. Bilge pump diffucult to work on because of access panel. Excellent freeboard very deep and/or high. Dry boat in rough weather. 2002 models fish box is big but pops up and down no latch.Newer models have corrected this. Bolster clips rust!

Handling: Handles well in all types of sea conditions. Power source is a 150 Yamaha good choice 200 hp would not hurt either.I would trust this vessel to make a crossing over to the Bahama Islands.

Engine Room: 150 Yamaha 0X66 Fuel injected. "One of the Best"!!

General Comments: Mainly a fishing vessel. Has a very good size bow cushion for the ladies to lounge.
