Boat Reviews By Owners

2004 -- 23' 6" SAILFISH

Model: center console

Cockpit: big but not too big to get around with a screeming hot kingfish on the line.laid out nicely

Cabin: center console large enough for porta potty or to change clothes in.also stays very dry

Construction: awsomly corners cut.solid, heavy boat.all top knotch hardware.wide 9 foot beam and high sides a fishermans dream.120 gallon fuel tank allows great range.gorgous boat that turns lots of heads on and off the water, ecspecially when passing other boats in rough seas.

Handling: deep v laughs at 2-3 footers.cuts through 3-5 nicely at about 28 knots and stays dry the whole time.does great in a head sea and tracks great in a beam sea.

Engine Room: 200 hph efi yamaha moves it about 44-45 mph.jumps on plane complaints but would be perfect with 250 efi yamaha.

General Comments: mostly offshore of the gulf coast off the florida panhandle.plenty of range to fish the middle grounds on a good day,but mostlt stay within 50 miles.i traded up from a 17 ft key largo and its like night and day.well worth the money.check it out on
