Boat Reviews By Owners

1990 -- 20' 0" SEA RAY

Model: 200S

Cockpit: You need to stand up to drive this boat if you sit there is no forward visibility. Boat is comfortable for six people to pleasure cruise but fishing is an adventure. Sea Ray didn't design this boat to land 40 inch stripers and it is difficult, but for the occasional angler you may be able to get by.

Cabin: Cabin can sleep 2 fairly comfortably, there is an overhead hatch but air flow is limited.

Construction: The boat is built extremely well. It will pound you a bit but the boat is a solid well crafted vessel.

Handling: Handles like a Porshe.

Engine Room: I am not a fan of I/O's but Sea Ray has no option. 230 HP Mercruiser runs like a Mustang, quiet and quick. I have done 50 mph in a calm channel no problem...with a stainless prop.

General Comments: Great for cruising, skiing, pulling a tube etc. I have fished her a lot and she's not a fishing boat by any stretch. Love the boat, just need more fishability.
