2005 -- 15' 10" KEY LARGO SPORTFISHING BOAT
Cockpit: Nicely laid out console, good visibility. Boat is awesome for fishing flats and bays, you do need to pick your days. There is lockable storage under the console, a huge casting platform and loads of storage under that also! The seat has a nice cooler under it, and it even has a livewell ! Yes its not a big livewell but works none the less. I keep ice and drinks in there.
Construction: Seems to be very well built, only problem( although minor) is that the scuppers let water in, I keep them plugged.
Handling: Boat planes off at around 3500 RPM , Gives a nice ride but in a chop you will get a little wet, hey its a 16! I expected that.
Engine Room: I have a yamaha 4 stroke on this boat 50hp, I love it super quiet and sips gas, I have no problems at all with this motor, boat tops out around 32mph. Builty in gass tank holds 23 gallons, you can run daily for two weeks and need fuel! 98 miles on one tank!
General Comments: For the money this boat is very hard to beat, it litterely comes with everything you need to fish! Certainly being a 16 foot boat you are limited but for bay fishing and estuaries, flats etc...This is an awesome boat for the money I paid $13,195. Trailering this boat is a joy! launching alone is no problem. Overall I love this boat. I fish Narragansett bay in Rhode Island..Any questions email me!
